The park was built in conjunction efforts of the Sherman Library. Along the trail visitors will be able to view native plants that were laid out with the help of Grayson County Master Gardeners. On the south side of the park, are musical instruments that anyone can play. The entire park is designed to be a peaceful sanctuary.
