Tired of the same old exercise routine or are you putting off joining a health club due to the cost? Here’s your chance to join an exercise class free of charge. This is a low-impact aerobic style class designed to promote overall fitness and flexibility, using chairs, optional hand weights (provided) and incorporating standing and marching exercises. Our group of dedicated exercisers is more like one big family than a group of individuals just going through the exercise movements. Come join us and make some new friends.
