Sherman Parks & Recreation is excited to host a Fall Festival for those with Special Needs within our community. This event will be sensory friendly with dimmed lighting and sounds but will feature all the fun and games you can imagine!
We’ve also teamed up with
Sherman Police Department,
Sherman Fire – Rescue, and Sherman Solid Waste Services for this event. There will be a Fire Engine, Police Car, and even a Garbage Truck for the kids to see – no lights and sounds to make it enjoyable for those more sensitive.
So, mark your calendars for this FUN inclusive event. Paint a pumpkin, play some games, win some prizes, eat a hotdog, and go on a hayride!
