General Information & Policies

  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered under any circumstances.
  • The Crossroads Music Festival is an outdoor, rain or shine event. No refunds will be provided for any temporary evacuation due to weather. Note: In the instance of severe weather, the festival will be temporarily evacuated until it is safe to return. Festival organizers will be working closely with local authorities and artist management to determine the safest course of action. We will take every course of action to limit delays and/or cancellations. Texas weather is unpredictable, so please come prepared for any weather situation.
  • No weapons of any kind are allowed on-site, including pocket knives. These items will be confiscated and not returned.
  • All bags, purses, chairs, etc., will be searched upon entry by festival security.
  • No pets of any kind, except documented service animals. Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals by the ADA and therefore not allowed.
  • No outside food or drinks of any kind.
  • The artist lineups and set times are subject to change without notice. Tickets are for The Crossroads Music Festival and not for a specific artist. Artists are subject to change without notice, and artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund.
  • Wristbands must be worn and in sight at all times. Anyone without a wristband or found to have tampered with a festival wristband will be removed from the venue.
  • Event details are subject to change, so please check back with us prior to the event for all the latest information.
  • The festival promoters, artists, consultants, vendors, sponsors and any other party affiliated with The Crossroads Music Festival are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. It is the sole responsibility of the patron for any items that are brought on or around the concert and/or parking lots.
  • The Crossroads Music Festival is not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or vehicle contents. If you choose to leave your valuables in your vehicle, please make sure they are out of sight and lock your vehicle when it is left unattended. Any vehicle parked overnight or illegally parked may be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • Festival attendees who engage in any sort of behavior deemed unlawful, distasteful, or disruptive to the event or against any other attendee may be removed from the event by festival security or the Sherman Police Department. Attempting to access restricted areas without proper credentials or engaging in any form of fighting, taunting, sexual behavior, or use of illegal substances will result in removal from the event and possibly arrest. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. Anyone caught drinking without a 21 and over wristband or providing someone underage with alcohol will be removed from the festival and face possible arrest.
  • Your ticket is a revocable license for the date and time listed on the ticket.
  • By attending The Crossroads Music Festival you are agreeing we may use any photos and/or videos taken of you by our photographers for promotional purposes, and those photos/videos may be used on our website, social media channels, or any other promotional means.

Allowed Items

  • Blankets and basic camping chairs for seating. Chairs will not be allowed in the standing room-only areas in front of the stage (signs will be posted). Chairs with shade coverings, recliners, or those that take up more space than a normal chair will not be allowed.
  • Hats
  • Rain gear (no umbrellas)
  • Sunscreen
  • Basic camera (no professional cameras)
  • Bug spray
  • Small bags (no backpacks)
  • Ear plugs

Prohibited Items

  • Umbrellas
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives (they will be confiscated and not returned)
  • Pets of any kind
  • Outside food or drinks of any kind
  • Glass of any kind
  • Hard-sided koozies or cups (Yeti-style)
  • Bicycles, scooters, ATVs, or any other wheeled vehicle not used for medical reasons
  • Fireworks
  • Coolers
  • Drones or any other remote flying device
  • Any and all professional video and/or audio recording equipment, as well as computers
  • Tents or any other shade structure
  • Lasers or laser pointers
  • Professional grade two-way radios or walkie talkies
  • Wagons
  • Chains/chain wallets
  • Flyers, promotional items, or giveaways of any kind unless previously authorized by the festival and the business is a paid sponsor of the festival
