Excising in water is one of the healthiest forms of exercise that anyone can participate in. Water resistance is good for sore or artificial joints, because it does not involve heavy impact. Our aquatic fitness classes are taught by a professionally trained instructor whose goal is to help you burn calories, get in shape, and have fun doing it. We offer 2 different times for classes to ensure that you do not have an excuse to get into the water and get aquafit!
