Belly Dancing Class

You can expect an engaging, fun, supportive and challenging atmosphere in class. ATS is a low-impact weight bearing form of exercise that works with the body’s natural inclinations to strengthen and condition the body. Intro classes present the basic ATS vocabulary. Students will follow the instructor as they learn and refine movements during a six-week period. Using both slow movements and fast steps, we’ll get you dancing in your first class! This class has plenty of review built in; therefore, drop in participants are always welcome. Students should wear yoga pants and a comfortable tee shirt. Your sisters in dance welcome you with open arms!

Time:  6:45 pm – 7:45 pm Level 1/ Intro classes
            7:45 pm – 8:45 pm Level 2
            8:45 pm – 9:45 pm Level 3 (must meet minimum participants for class to make)

Cost: $70 every six weeks
Drop-in Fee: $15
